• Tough machine structure
The super rigid C-type machine structure, designed with the help from finite element analysis, minimizes any distortion which may occur from changes in machining environment and condition. All axes integrate Roller LM Guide for fast and stable feed.
• High-performance spindle design
The high-performance spindle is integrated directly into the motor for stable, high-speed cutting, getting the power and torque directly from the motor without the power loss. The spindle is grease-lubricated and jacket cooled to minimize the thermal displacement and to increase the life of the spindle assembly; and the air curtain design prevents any foreign substances from entering.
• High-precision feed drive
Each axis is equipped with the top-of-the-class Roller LM Guide, and the linear guide and the ball screws are automatically lubricated for rapid, precision feed.
• Hwacheon’s advanced machining software
The easy-to-use Hwacheon NC software components diagnose the variables in different working conditions and machining environment to make optimal adjustments, to deliver quality and productivity.
