• Independent feed and processing areas 

To prevent the lubricant from dripping on the work surface, the work area and the feed area have been completely separated. The machine’s environment-friendly design doesn’t require a water-oil separator because the lubricant and the cooling fluid work independently–such design is ideal for processing large-scale parts and components to be used in trailer trucks, construction machineries, and wind generators.

The spindle provides powerful chucking for stable, precise machining. The Hwacheon clean room assembly facility, where these super-precision, super-speed spindles are manufactured, maintains optimal temperature and humidity, and is kept free of any foreign substances. Only the most skilled master engineers are allowed in the assembly facility, to produce only the best equipment under the toughest quality standard in the industry. The spindle bearings contain semi-permanent grease for long, smooth operation.
